As the SCRUM way of working moves into different types businesses (formally used mostly for IT projects) there has become more of a need to move away from Stop, start and continue Retros. Why? Frankly when your teams are having fun at Retrospectives it’s more likely the team itself will open up, loosen up and contribute more in the overall conversations. Just because we get older doesn’t mean we have to stop having fun while working. Fun retro’s have created more open and honest Scrum teams and be more engaged in the work the teams are delivering.
